Because of his fine accomplishments and his unselfish desire to render service to his fellowmen have our High Schools of Gallia County been able to publish the "Gallia County Echo" which is now cherished in thought and deed by both students and faculty members. As the years come and go may the well planned dreams of his efficient work grow and be established as a living monument to his pro- fession. B.
