SC-1 DIVISION r SC-l Division is comprised of Quartermasters (QM) and Signal- men (SM). Their primary functions are to safely navigate the ship and to conduct visual signal communi- cations as required. This highly skilled group of colorful sailors are the right-hand men to the Officers and Junior Officers of the Deck (OOD JOOD).
