HASTE MAKES WASTE One hour and 30 minutes out of 7 hours of our time at school is spent in the halls. That is, the people that attend their classes. For the rest of us, our school life is spent in the halls maintaining our pop- ularity and doing next period's homework. During lunch our future baseball stars practice their pitching with cafeteria leftovers using the walls and windows as targets. On certain days you can find the senior suicide squad on the prowl for unsuspecting 8th graders. As for the teachers, they have their turn at playing guardian over us. As we think back, there is one thing we have neglected to thank the school forg the benches and the radiators. What would we have done without these? After suffering severe burns in an experiment, Mark jones stumbles back to his seat. Edwin Sizemore shows he didn't need a mask for Halloween. STUDENT LIFE 29
