Row six: Amy Caudell, Lisa Martin, Dee Sample, Kenny Rosenbaum. Striving for the betterment of the school and the community, the Student Council Association had a busy, prosperous year. The SCA began the year by organizing an orientation program to welcome new students to GHS. SCA representatives attended the VSCA Spring Conference and Summer Workshop. Planning by this group made Homecoming week The Main Event at GHS. With cooperation from clubs, Thanksgiving baskets were delivered to selected families in the area. At Valen- tine's, flowergrams expressing messages from secret admirers and special friends were delivered to students. The money- making project for the year was to operate the games at the Hane's picnic. The excitement of campaigning and an impressive installation service for new officers put the finishing touches on an active and successful year of SCA work. S.C.A. Executive Council 100 CLUBS
