LEGHUR Gainard was no stranger to Leghorn. Leghorn, or as the ltalians say, Livor1zo hosted our destroyer during the 1957 Med cruise. While there, Vittorio DiSica filmed a movie on the ship. 1960 afforded us the opportunity to visit Pisa, with its leaning tower, and Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. The abundance of painting, sculpture and architecture in these north italian cities made our stop at Leghorn a memorable one. ' Look MA' One hun K-HHL 1 -..- ,7 ri: ly4'f X953 fm V 4,,2l f fgz ig?
