Proceeding directly to P1reaus,the seaport of Athens, we experienced' our first Vlediterranean moor, and spent two days in this historic city. Athens was our first liberty P0rt, and our last in the Mediterranean as we would sail directly from here to the Middle East for a six week deployment in the Red Sea and Persian Gulf area.
