Look at the members of Drill Team, and remember their marching and stepping out onto the field with a flourish of spirited music from the Gladiator Band. Recall the impres- sion left after their performances, and think of the proud smiles on each of their faces as they sharply executed a striking routine, Not only have they Worked on the perfection of their performances for half-times, competitions, and parades, but at the same time all forty of them have maintained an admirably high standard in both scholastics and citizenship. Their standards and spirit have been up- held by the outstanding leadership of Vera Van de Brake, with the assistance of Barbara Gorman.
