Anticipation An event as important as Homecoming rated first-class attention, and turned out to be the only occasion to merit a bonfire. Thursday night, October 30, the sky was lit with the light and excitement of a Tiger bonfire. After attend- ing the bonfire Thursday night and the pep rally held the next morning during school, no one could have been passive during the game. 22 TOP RIGHT: Cheerleaders Tern. Run- yan. Crystal Moring. Diane Martin, and Pam Connor promote a feeling of loyally to dear old GHS. ABOVE: Sophomores. Seniors. Freshmen, and Juniors congre- gate behind the Mall in support of the football team. MIDDLE RIGHT: Ricky Cooley. Butch Higdon, and Clay Rich- ardson assist in preparing the Wildcat for barbecue. RIGHT: Naturally, the cheerleaders headed up the parade. 24 Adventure Parade Enhances Festivities Broad Street swarmed with enthusiastic Tigers and spectators while participating students rode or walked down the street bearing tidings of Homecoming '75. Many new and various organizations entered cars in the parade. Being October 31. all band members disguised themselves for Halloween, adding to the festivity of the occasion. All spirits were high in the expectations of an exciting evening. Debbie Collins. Bill Hudson. Janice Fadely. Cindy Bonds, and Melanie Bradley relax after their fine performance.
