Like the winner in every state, the Tennessee winner receives a one-hundred- dollar U.S. Government Bond. Betty Prater is the winner in Fulton High this year and will represent us in the state contest. She was elected by the Senior class on the following qualifications: 'l. Dependability-Truthfulness, loyalty, punctuality. 2. Service-Cooperation, courtesy, and consideration of others. t 3. Leadership-Personality, originality, ability to assume responsibility. 4.
