Five New Members MR. JERRY GRANCER received his B.S. degree from Peru State Teachers College. Mr. Grancer coached football and track besides his duties as Social Science and Driver's Edu- cation instructor. He was the co-sponsor of the F Club. MR. ROBERT HENDRICKS received his A.B. degree from Kearney State Teachers College. This year he was sponsor of the WARRIOR and Junior Class play director and taught English and World History. MRS. DOLORES FLOVTREE received her A.B. degree from Kearney State Teachers College. This year Mrs. Flotree sponsored the Y-Teens and taught English. ' MR. MR. CORWIN ARNDT received his B.S. de- gree from Peru State Teachers College. This year Mr. Arndt taught Biology and grade science. F.H.S. Faculty Has Five new faces appeared in the classrooms of Fullerton High School this year when Mr. Arndt, Miss Malone, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Nabity joined the faculty. With the new faculty members, the total number of teachers increased to fourteen which is one more than last year. Professional advancement is one of the many areas in which the faculty is active. Many of the instructors spent last summer doing graduate work in their teach- ing areas and were to be found doing graduate study in schools in Nebraska and Wyoming to schools in California. Most of the faculty' members are also active in the community activities. Several instructors hold offices in community organizations or are extremely active in them. Many of the faculty members are active in the churches and the instructional programs of the churches. Through their activities, the faculty has built up an im- pressive record of professional and community service. MR. RAY EHLERS received his B.S. degree from Peru State Teachers College and this year taught Industrial Arts and Physical Education and coached basketball. He also co- sponsored F Club. MR. JERRY BECKMANN received his A.B. degree fromPeru State Teachers College. Besides being assistant coach in football, basketball, and track, he taught Mathematics and Physical Education. He also sponsored the Freshman Class. I

Professional Advancement MRS. JEANETTE KNOWLES received her A.B. degree from Doane College. Mrs. Knowles was the high school librarian and sponsored the Pep Club. MISS JANET MALONE received her B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska. Miss Malone taught Home Economics and sponsored the Future Hornemakers of America. MR. ELMER MILLER received his B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Miller taught Vocational Agri- culture and sponsored the Future Farmers of America. MR. VIRGIL NABITY received his teaching certificate from St. Benedict's College. Mr. Nabity taught Chemistry, General Science, and General Math besides co-sponsoring the Junior Class.
