TENNIS This year because of the number of boys who went out for Tennis, the team was broken into two parts. Varsity and Junior Varsity. Varsity players were chosen by means of a playoff tour- nament. The top seven players became the 1973 Varsi- ty team. The three with the best series were designated as singles competitors and the remaining four players as two teams of doubles. With the return of several players from last year and with the addition of new players this year, the team was very strong and able to take second in the district finals. L-R: Assist.
