If a smile can yyipe avyay a tear Chrrs is just yyhat the psychiatrist ordered I' ndowed with a sparkling, sense of humor and a yyarm personality Chris has set a tone of levity and vaiety for the Class of 57 since that day she passed through the portals for did she sneak in through a yyindowpj into the third grade Feyy could haye predicted at that early date the success that she yyas to achieye in her high school career b th as 1 school leader 1nd an ithletic performer As President of the G A A in her senior year Chris held responsibility and leadership and no one would contest the general opinion that Chris more than fulfilled these requirements B tsketball is Chris s fayorite sport and a standout she vyas for the Quaker team A yarsity player for three years Chris was elected captain of the squad in her senior year once again demonstrating, her leadership qualities Prominent in nearly half a dozen other sports Chris hopes to pursue a college career in the field of physical education But Chris s interest in sports has not been restricted to Friends School teams For tyyo years her summer yacation was absorbed in her occupation is combination life guard syyimming instructor at Quburban Country Club I' rom all indications it yy ould appear that Chris has a hne head start on the accomplishment of her hopes for a future in phys ed at the colleve that is fortunate enough to have her Q0 Qu'l : , , J. . f: .
