The luniors. The class of 78. Stuck in the middle? Caught in between? Or in the happy median? Is it the worst of the three high school years? The novelty of sophomorehood has worn off, and the fun and ex- citement of the senior year not yet arrived. Or is it the best? Having had a year to learn the ropes, not yet having all the worries and hectic schedules of seniors, with a year in between, just perfect for taking it easy, doing what you want to, and enjoying yourself. Either way, it has been said that the junior class is the heart of a high school. lt's like a sandwich, take away the bread on both sides and what's left? lf this is true, Friendly will stand tall. We can certainly be proud of our junior class, as this year's has been a good one.
