A school is more than just a building The students contribute to its character. . . some by involving themselves in activities on the inside, and some by writing on the outside, but all by leaving a piece of themselves behind. Perhaps it's lust a way of saying - remember me The road home after a long day.

here really is no such thing as a free ride. ln elementary school, we had those inevitable times called skinned knee days, when everything went wrong and all our friends moved away. Now we lose the oh-so- carefully planned schedule. We discover that tests can be made up, but not time. We play hard to win. . .and lose - a game, a friend, or our self-respect. And there are the days when we miss the bus and have to walk that road.
