John also won recog- nition by being chosen a Junior Citizen by the Optimist Club of James- town. Frewsburg Central School was privileged to have Pertti Felin as its American Field Service exchange student from Finland this year. We can only hope that Pertti has benefited from his stay in Frewsburg as much as we have. Sally Sheats and James Anderson were the recipients of Citizenship Awards entitling them to compete for a Syracuse University scholarship. J im was given recognition by being chosen to attend Boysy State as the representative of our school under the auspices of' the American Legion. Also Jim was chosen a Junior Citizen by the Optimist Club of Jamestown.
