Frank Stuart Rosseter called to order the tive teachers and 130 students who made up Union High School Number 4. Thus, began the history of what is now known as Fremont High School. Throughout his administration, Frank Rosseter was the school's guiding light. His traits. his ideas. his ambitions, all made their impression upon our school.
