They scored a grand total of 256 points during the season while their opposition scored only 52 points. This dropped two state records into the hands of this undefeated team since they ac- cumulated the highest number of points ever earned by a high school team in the State of Maryland in a single season. To complement this fine offensive record, their achievements on defense were equally noteworthy. The corn- bined efforts of the 10 opposing teams failed to score but 52 points - the lowest number of points ever scored against a team in state com- petition. Bazskefbaz N Squad Shallow on reserves but strong on experience and stamina, this years' squad found itself embarked on a heavy season even before the end of the drawn out football season. Getting off to a slow start, the Cadets probably rose to the high point of the season when they administered a 43-41 highly con- tested defeat to the highly touted Harpers Ferry team which had been undefeated in nine starts.
