lnlei-Fialeinitu Council Holds Since there are five social fraternities on the campus of Frederick College, occasionally there are minor prob- lems which arise between the fraternities lsuch as party conflicts? which must be resolved. The Inter-Fraternity Council is established by the individual fraternities to see that these conflicts are worked out to the benefit of the parties involved. The Council serves as a communications center for fraternal activities and functions. Under Inter-Fraternity Council Sponsorship, there have been several parties this year which were sponsored by a joint effort of all the fraternities. During Homecoming Weekend, the Council took a major lead in festivities by promoting a concert featuring the Four Freshmen on Campus, and by sponsoring a cocktail hour that afternoon. All pledge activities are closely regulated by the Inter-Fraternity Council. They establish the dates for the various pledge parties and for sending .out bids. The l. F. C. Judiciary Committee is responsible for seeing that all fraternities abide by pledge regulations and to penalize them if they do not. ff, 5'-x Officers seated are Bob Fergusson, President, Standing, L. to R.
