For the first engagement the team played South Zanesville in the McConnell Memorial Game at Junction City. The game ended in a 6-6 tie. During the season the team was handicapped by the injuries of Bob Barrick, Earl Amende, Jerry Wright, David Sabatino, and Tony Knight. Frazeyrsburg's T4 players, 2 coaches, and 3 managers ended the season with a record of 3 wins, 5 losses, and l tie. Four members of the Frazeysburg team were on the Tri-County Team. They were as follows: First Team, Jerry Wright, Second Team, Charles Bay and David Sabatino, Honorable Mention, Pat O'Flah- erty. As this season ended, the team began dreaming of next year's contests. Despite the loss of seniors O'FIaherty and Sabatino, the prospects for next year appear good.
