551. .- QQ The events of the school day disappear with the ringing of the last bell at the end of the sixth period class. SPIRIT! Cheerleaders gave the student body and our school teams a strong boost in many athletic contests. In addition to the job of teaching, many of our faculty members were involved in other activities. - " i- 4 The open doors of F.C.J.H.S. seem to invite all who pass by to enter and experience the world of the students and faculty at our Junior high school. STUDE TS PAUS AND RECALL IM GES OF F.C.J.H.S. Now that a year at Franklin County Junior High School draws to a close, we stop and recall the events, people, and relationships that made our school year at F.C.J.H.S. a memorable one. Now, in reflecting back on the school year, all these images combine to make a clear and sharp por- trait of our jtmior high school. A student's mind may reflect upon things other than textbooks as she walks outside of the building during class changes. 10 -'

A quiet lunch in the school cafeteria enables students to discuss the events and happenings of the school day. DAY AT F.C.J.H.S. IS TRULY F LL OF MANY ACTI ITIES. A crowded locker in a crowded hall, a tardy bell ringing insistently, the hurried rush to lunch, and the rapid exit from the school building at the end of the school day were just a few of the ac- tivities that make up the school day at Franklin County Junior High School. These questioning, learning, and playing activities aided F.C.J.H.S. students in their search for knowledge. "I know I put my science book there yesterdayl' says Ken Brammer. 12
