“LOOKS LIKE WE MADE IT FHS took on a new attitude and outlook this year under the guid- ance and leadership of the Class of '78. Students and faculty alike took notice of the new found school spirit and interest in school activities. Senior class officers were Mike Crowder—president, Paul Munson—v. president, Betsy Brown—secretary, and Becky Un- derrriner-treasurer. Seniors began their final year busily making plans for Home- coming. Queen Candidates were nominated and the class float theme was Skunk 'Em Eagles. The float brought the Seniors their third victory in float competition. The many weeks off for snow and bad weather made the winter seem to fly by and suddenly it was April, with Senioritis beginning to take its course. The Junior class honored the Seniors at the prom given on May 6, 1978. The month of May was filled with talk of colleges, new jobs, and summer plans as the Seniors approached the long awaited grad- uation day. On May 21, 1978, the Senior class at Frankton High School took their first steps together toward a bright, new future.
