The annual Student Council Spring
dance was held in April of 1963 at the
Elks Lodge at Alexandria, A slate of
candidates for the Queen was selected
by the Senior Class and was voted on
by the student body, The King candi-
dates were voted on by penny votes
that were put in the treasury for future
use, The King selected was Mike
