Class of 1959 Sophomore Class History The class of 1959 started this fall with 90 members: 46 girls and 44 boys. The class officers are as follows: President, Joe Maysg Vice President, Jerry hiaysg Secretary, Lucy Rileyg Treasurer, Judy Hillg and Business Manager, Myron Etchison. The student council representatives consist of Joe Mays, Joyce Curtis, and Max Roach, We took our turns at selling candy and looked forward to the day when we received our class rings . Class parties were held at intervals throughout the school year and our annual skating party was held on May 7. We are proud that two of our class mates are varsity cheerleaders and 7 boys are on the basketball team.
