Cheer up. The worst is yet to come. Doug is a person whom everyone knows through his individual thinking. His unassuming nature is one of his best identities. One thing is for sure; he is al¬ ways available when an understanding friend is in need. Usually quiet, her sometimes sudden uprisings of laughter have become characteristic of her friendly nature. May Karol find that her travels lead to happi¬ ness. Acting talent coupled with warmheartedness and cheerfulness characterize Susan. Always sweet and never gloomy, she has helped to add spice and variety to many of our school activities. Her optimism and pleasant nature will be remembered by all. JOAN BAMRICK 401 Pleasant Street Franklin Virtue—Sweetness Usually Found—In Stoughton Favorite Companion—My Dog Pet Peeve—Boys who always brag A smile is a whisper of a laugn. Sociable and well mannered, that is Joan. Her twinkling smile and her ability to make friends easily have made our newest member a welcomed addition. With these traits, Joan is sure to find her place, always. Activities: Drill Team 1, 2; Student Council 3; Intramurals 3; Driver Ed. 3. PETER BEAN 78 Hillside Road Franklin Bu-Ba Virtue—Reserved Nature Usually Found—Street corner Suppressed Desire—To become a golf pro. Favorite Companion— Scrounge Live while you live, and then die and be done with it. Peter is known as one of the quiet but ever-present members of our class; but let him miss a shot on the green, and you can hear him all over town. His friendliness apd honesty are certainly good assets to our class. Activities: Golf Team 2, 3; Driver Ed. 3.

Seldom seen without a smile, our shortest girl is involved in many school activities and is a welcome member of each. With her sense of humor, she will never lack friends.
