ees 1982 Junior-Senior Prom With the threat of an afternoon shower we began fixing our hair and dressing for the most glamorous gala of the year — the prom. As the evening of Saturday, May 1 drew near the rain clouds drifted away. At seven-thirty couples began arriving for the dance. Tuxedos and gowns of various colors and designs were admired by everyone. After pictures, the ladies and their dates were escorted into the gym. Most couples enjoyed dancing to the music of Wind- fall while others preferred to sit and listen. After the dance many couples went out to dinner. Warner’s, Harrigan’s, and Continental supplied good food for everyone. All too soon the evening came to an end but we were still left with the memories of our Junior-Senior Prom. a Boo is ee Tammy VanMeter and Shawn Barncord are the 1982 Prom Queen and King. Jeff Long and Michele Clayton dance to the music provided by Windfall. Everyone seemed to be having a good time at the dance. 128
