AFS STUDENT LOUISE JEANETTE POLLARD 'IWEEZY!! Reef Motel, Torquay, Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia 4657 9- Tennis, Swimming, Softball 10- Tennis, Swimming, Softball 11- Tennis, Swimming, Softball 12- Travel Club, FHA, AFS, Color Guard, School Paper Louise Jeanette Pollard was Frankfort High School's AFS student from Australia. She lives in the state of Queensland which is known as the Sunshine State. Her parents own a motel in the township of Hervey Bay which is a small beach resort. Hervey Bay's population is about 12,000. It is known as the Caravan City of Aus- tralia. Her family in Australia consists of ten children, nine girls and one boy. Three of her sisters are married, and recently, Karen, her 19 year old sister became en- gaged. Louise enjoys the beach and tennis, and every Saturday, she travels to the township of Maryborough to play competition tennis. Louise enjoyed her stay here and plans to return for a visit. 60
