The French III class, under the direction of Paulette Athey, prepared and served a French meal in honor of Peggy Schlarb, student teacher, early in December. Among the guests were Su- perintendant Richard Campbell, Curriculum Su- pervisor Mrs. Betty Livengood and WVU Stu- dent Teacher Supervisor Dr. Artha Deay. 60 Here are some scenes from the botany excursion earlier in the school year. Instructed by Bill Man- ning, these students have spent the warmer months mapping the area, showing county officials around, working on a nature trail, and transplanting trees around the school. ‘ f ‘
