Track Team The Frankfort High Track Team harriers ran the P.V.C. meets, Beall Invitational, and the Regionals at Jefferson. Other track members participated in shop-put, discus, high jump, pole vault, long jump, hurdles long distance, middle distance, and sprints. Track coaches were Scott Cather, head coach, and Preston Miller, assistant coach. The girls’ team consisted of (top right, first row) Becky Frye, Josie Shafferman, Donna Yaider, Kelly Snyder, Tina Hill, Dawnetta Funkhouser, Lisa Tucker, and Lisa Bradley, (top row) Coach Cather, Robin Cather, Robin VanMeter, Cheryl Smith, Angie Everett, Robin Bradley, Jakki Hatter, Kim Wolford, Cathy Feaster, and Coach Miller. The boys’ varsity track members were (first row) Craig Fraley, Chris Lockard, Keith Payne, Hunter Brakeall, Tony Benedetto, (second row) Fred Runner, Matt Davis, Ed Conn, Craig Grady, Rick Bonner, Dick Self, Dale Brakeall, Larry Bosley, (third row) Rodney Hutzell, Robbie Fisher, Rick Silver, Frank Forbes, Rodney Twigg, Doug McKenzie, Keith Fasching, Donald Wolford, Brett Phillips, Gene Hamilton, and Coach Cather.
