The Frankfort Chapter of the FTA SAE was organized to give students insight into the educa- tional process. Among their activ- ities were presenting a Christ- mas play and showing guests around the school. The Frankfort Chapter of the National Honor Society was formed by the selection of juniors on the basis of character, scholarship, leadership, and service. Pictured here are this year’s senior members with their two faculty advisors. They were all helpful in the organi- zation of College Night, when representatives from various colleges and universities spoke to college bound students from the surrounding area. 102 Junior and Senior Choruses The Junior and Senior Choruses performed many times this year, including Homecoming, Christmas, and a folk musical called “Tell It Like It Is.” The choruses were di- rected by George Ott and accom- panied on piano by George Poling and Barbara Raley. The snap on the facing page is of the combined cho- ruses singing the Alma Mater for the first time at the homecoming game.
