The boys who represent our school, going under the name of the Blue Sox and training under the leadership of Coach Bill Waddell and Asst. Coach Marvin Cave, carried a long and heavy schedule this year including nine conference games. However, the Blue Sox were well-manned for the ,54 season with six returning letterinen including a good line of pitchers and a suitable amount of batting power, The coaches and returning players are looking forward to many more seasons as successful as the '54 season has been.
