DISB UR SING Keeping the pay records of four hundred men straight and figuring up pay lists twice a month can be a gargantuan task, especially when pay changes each payday due to FSA, taxes, combat pay and an occasional pay raise. This monumental task falls squarely on the shoulders of DKl Jim Hoban and the Disbursing Clerks. And then every fifteen days comes the job of holding payday and passing out all that luscious green money.
