X , I Perhaps the most' potent portion of FOX' triple threat weapons system is that portion under the control of O 'Fourth Division. The missile types in Fourth Division maintain control of the skies for a great distance around FOX. Starting with initial target acquisition by our fire control radars, right up until the Terrier missile obliterates the enemy aircraft, the entire air war has been in the hands of Fourth Division personnel. While FOX is in the area, use of the skies is denied to the enemy, either for training or for attacking U.S. ships or aircraft. Adding to their fearful punch, Fourth Divi- son occasionally delves into subsurface warfare. The deadly ASROC missile may be fired from the Terrier launcher any time the Sonarmen have a submarine to destroy. FTM2 Tom A. Larrow FTM2 David J. Lyons FTM3 Jerry Brackett FTM3 David S.
