Well, how about this one then - have you ever found yourself to be completely and uncontrollably crazy? Are you the type who, when given the essay assignment Explain, with examples, how an authoritarian government restricts human rights to keep control over its citizens, wrote about how your parents grounded you for missing curfew? Are you the type who lives for the weekends? Do you ever find your cure for boredom to bee little bit . 4 . unusual? D lf you answered yes to any of these questions, YOU are a WlLD individual! You're a member of the Doughnut Generation Cmaking periodic runs during 2nd periodJ!You probably have no idea what lunches are like at school, preferring if 'B- charbroiled to cremated. Pep ralleys are a chance for you to scream and to prove that you are the loudest and the proudest! And of course, when it comes to the weekends, you are the craziest person around! Dancing away the night at Old World, spending an evening out on the town with a friend, or enjoying the com- pany of the most beautiful, most kind, most warm date you've ever met, you find a way to make the weekend something to remember! For some, none of the questions applied to you. Maybe you listen to WILD music, wear clothes that make you stand out in a crowd, or just have a unique idea of what life should be like! usic - it was made for us! When driving to school, doing our homework, or dancing the weekend away, we fill our ears and our minds with the latest in sounds. Whether it's sound of Dokken and Kiss, beat of Run DMC, the syn- thesiiecl ihhrs .sound of Depeche Mode and Japaagor the classical sounds ofswagner, m uslclis perfect for any occasion! Music reflects in everything we do. lt can cause people to come together or to stay apart. For 'some people it can be just something in the background, while for othersyitr can affect their whole life and evenjtieir mode of dress. And of course therefisalways going to be an 'our song,' a song that means a great deal to us and brings back some special memories. Think about it, in 20 years what will be our 'good old songs' be? Will we be listening to Run DMC or the Sex Pistols on KBIG? And what will our kids be listening to?!?
