BARCJN ROYALTY HONORED The process of selecting the Homecoming Queen and King is a long and nerve-wracking one for all involved. After the field is narrowed down to ten Queen and King semi-finalists, the entire student body votes for five finalists each for King and Queen. The day before the Homecoming Game, the students vote again, this time for only one King and Queen. The King and Queen are announced that night at the Homecoming Game. The following night they begin their reign at the formal Homecoming Dance. The 1977 Homecoming Court was Queen Tina Bekas, Princesses Lori Decker, Barbara Lipot, Anna Newton, Linda Von Hatten, King Joe Valdez, Princes Gary Bohay, Todd Dean, John Nicholson, and Doug Thompson.
