Finishing off the league's season with a 10-1 re- cord Trojans placed first for the league and first in sub-districts. To help boost their ego the Fountain- Fort Carson girls' team learned that they were the only team in school's history to take League Cham- pions in a regular-season. They, also now, hold the school's record for longest winning streak. Pulling out three straight victories in sub-dis- tricts against St. Mary's Q46-391, Woodland Park Q45-271 and leagues second best, Manitou Springs 133-281. Each game was played with great skill and cooperation which, could lead them no-where but to the top. At the beginning of the season Trojans were up- setted by Florence with a 43-53 score. That one loss kept them from having a perfect record of wins for the league.
