CLASS PROPHECY It is the opinion of many people, there never has been and there never will be again a class like the Senior Class of 1952. To see what the class members will accomplish in their lives, we shall now get on the Magic Car- pet of Time and float 20 years into the future, Starting out from Fountain we float south, and as we pass over Canon City we see what we think is Jimmy Chancellor as Warden, But---what is he? Warden or trustee? Looking over Mexico we see a bull fight going on, and much to our amazement we discover that Robert Jaramillo is the Matador, He has held the title of champion bullfighter for three years now, As we come back through Arizona, we find Tom Kane as sheriff of Cactus Hill, noisily disturbing peace. Going on to California we see Delma Edgar surrounded by her eight ful children, trying to answer their questions of 'how high is upu and nwhere did I come fromn, as she washes diapers in the Pacific Ocean. We also find Darrel Powell busy in his auto shop as the best auto wrecker and repairer that has hit the West Coast since 1955. Farther out in the Pacific, we find on his battleship, 'The U.S.S Sallyn, Admiral Jess Foster looking through his spyglasses, searching islands, but spotting bathing beauties instead. Going on to in neon lights? in the Hula Hula Club, Inc. of Honolula. Coming back we recognize the 8.8 for Hawaii we see nmch pretty scenery---and what's this we see Why it's Romaine Whalen, billed as the top entertainer into the U-S, we hear a great noise and see a bright flash face looking out the port hole to be that of Ray Perriman he passes in his rocketship destined for the Moon, when we reach Chicago we find Roger Kerr in the grunt and groan busi- ness. No, he's not a wrestler, but a bone brecking chiropracter. Floating to the Northeast Coast and around the vicinity of Boston, hear Charles Frauenhoff beating his ragtime version of the Minuet in G, the Philharmonic Orchestra. we in Tuning in on our two-way radio, we hear a lot of static---no, wait a minute, it's Grant Gorman taking over Walter Winchell's spot, and doing a very fine job, Taking a dip over the New York area, we smell a delicious aroma, which we find is coming from a small Hot Dog Stand on Coney Island. Larry Mor- rel as the proprietor, is considered the best hamburger slinger, with onion for miles around. As we pass over West Point, the Military Accademy for Boys, we find Dorothy Ermel teaching the boys their dating etiquette in the fashion she administered, before marrying a buck private. What's this turmoil we hear as we pass over Washington D,C.? A woman has finally hit the high spots in politics, Mildred Janitell is now the Justice of the Supreme Court, down to a quiet home life, after giving up hope Floating over the backwoods of Arkansas we a barefooted woman. Lo and behold! It's Peggy As we glide down into Louisanna we see the John Evans, coming in on a Shrimp Boat, play- O In Florida we find LeeRoy Aragon, a retired boxer, who has now settled of becoming a 2nd Joe Louis, see a tumbledown farm, and Hickle slepping her hogs. great sailor of our class,

H When we come back through Kansas, at Ft, Riley, we encounter Mary Lujan, who is now a Four Star General and really panning out orders, As we pass through Cuckleburr, Colorado, we unexpectably find Bonnie Jenkins, who has the reputation as being the best hair stylist for So miles around. We pass over Pikes Peak and hear a roar and see a cloud of dust, It's Earl Baker trying to take Al Rogers' place in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Race, Coming into Fountain again we see a small crowd of people, and in the middle F1 is Dannie Martin standing on a soap box campaigning for Mayor, nally, on our last flight, we take a visit to the good old Fountain High School, and we find that Miss Corlett has retired and that Florence Wallace is now the new math teacher. Florence, in her spare time, looks after her S k 10 Cent Store, recently opened in Fountain, Ending our Journey, we pause to wish the class of H52H as much success the next twenty years as they have had this past twenty, CLASS WILL We, the CLASS OF 1952, of Fountain High School, being of sound l???D mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be out last will and testament, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by us I, John Evans, will my ability to drive my Ford and wear my Cowboy boots to George Kerr.
