Rev. B. F. Leightner, Ir., was an inspiration to everyone of the students who sat under his ministry in this school. His classes repeatedly received new visions of Calvary as God's faithful servant, with tears coursing down his cheeks, praised God for the wondrous power of the blood of our Lord and Saviour, Iesus Christ. We will miss the fragrance of Christ as displayed in the life of our brother. We will treasure memories of his friendliness, his kind- ness, and his helpfulness in times when We students sought counsel. Yes, We will miss him, but We rejoice with him in his glorious entrance into the presence of his Lord cmd Master. CLASS OF '51 gongrafufafionri C4466 0 ,50 From the Classes of '52 '53 '54 The Faculty and the Administration of the Fort Wayne Bible Institute congratulate the staff of the 1950 Light Tower for its achievement in this pre- sentation of Institute life, and the Class of 1950 for backing the project. The yearbook is one of many student activities that express an important principle in the educational program. Theory is valid only as it is practised in life and applied to useful tasks. Therefore, a wide range of Christian ministries and student activities complement the learning experiences of the classroom. ln its mission of training young people in this period of crisis for the important mission of World evangelism, the Institute follows its slogan "Training for Service and Service in Training." Inquiries from Christian young people are invited. A free catalog will be mailed to anyone upon request by addressing a card to the Registrar. Christian stewards desirous of having a share in promoting education that puts first values first, are invited to write to the President for further information or send their gifts to the Treasurer.
