He graduated from Dalevi lle, Virginia; Potomac State, Keyser; and Shepherd College, Shep- herdstown, W. Va. MR. S. T. McGEE Superintendent Mr. Welshonce was appointed Assistant Sup- erintendent of Mineral County Schools August 1, 1955. He graduated from Potomac State College and West Virginia University. Miss Jeanette McGuffie, General Supervisor, received her M.A. Degree from West Virginia University. MR. E. M. WELSHONCE, Assistant Superintendent MISS JEANETTE McGUFFIE, General Supervisor Mrs. Olive Spencer, Mineral County School’s Secretary, majored in Business Administration and graduated from Potomac State, Keyser.
