Miss Barbara Brant a representative from the Freshmen Class was crowned “Miss Autumn Queen IV” by principal, J. P. Judy. Miss Brant chose as her escort Paul Chaney, also a member of the Freshmen Class. A bouquet of white mums were presented to the queen by Miss Evelyn Dennison, “Miss Autumn Queen ITI.” Announcer for the coronation was Miss Patricia Rosskamp.
