The twenty five members of the forty niners Are truly a class of students united; If the teachers punish one of these minors They must deal with the group, until everything’s righted. The youngest member of the Senior Class Is full of jokes, and tricks, and fun; Now, Danny is learning to step on the gas; As a mimic he’ll win a place in the sun. A tall handsome lad whom we all adore Arranges stage settings and carves wood by hand; Harry Lee’s charm attracts girls by the score And his jeep’s always ready at their command. We have in our midst a slender youth Who has helped with the yearbook, school paper, and plays; He can sing, he can play; is a student in truth. As a surgeon our Victor will serve future days. Car] has attended so many schools He can scarcely decide what he wants to do; He has already proved he can farm by the rules And shows skill as an orator and editor, too. Helen is always a perfect dear, As reporter at games she tends strictly to duty; Her voice is so sweet and her smile so sincere, No wonder she was crowned Our Queen of Beauty. Evelyn Lease is a tall slender student Who does her school tasks with a friendly smile; She enjoys a good joke and shows that are prudent, With her kindness she lightens many a mile. Darell is lively, friendly and clever, The athletes all know his true worth, He’s a bundle of joy who is joking forever And he’ll spread his good cheer to the ends of the earth. Though Nina is always the first on the roll And Tina comes next according to Hoyle, We never will know which is which for their goal Is a healthy enjoyment of our seeming turmoil. The other Kimble whom we know as Irene Holds a very choice place in our hearts For she’s always ready and on the scene When we need her to play in elderly parts. A Home Ec. student is Phyllis Sampson Who helps with whatever work is at hand; She will always work hard ‘till the day is done And her service will constantly be in demand. Alan is planning a college career, His manner is friendly and often times gay; As a minister his mission will be sincere For he always insists on fair play. We often wonder if time affords If Tommy could perfect his comedy roles; But his aim is, we learn, to serve medical words Where he’ll bring relief to suffering souls. Our graceful young cheerleader known as Jean Excels in plays and clubs and classes; Her business skill can be plainly seen For she exceeds all other lads and lasses. = OOS SESSSS - SESESEOESSE CDDPO SPO PEPOP 2 SSOP OD SPOS PSOSSCE FD OS SOS SOO PS SSS PSS SFSD
