TOUTH CONGRESS DELEGATES PROPOSE (CGOOD SAMARITAN ACT’ I rise to a point of order. I object to the consideration of this motion These are but a few of the familiar phrases heard every December as students, both college and high school, prepare for Youth Congress. Forest Hill is an active participant in the Mississippi Youth Congress, striving to attain new heights every session. In this student legislature Forest Hill delegates learn to think and speak quicklv YOUTH CONGRESS DELEGATES LEFT TO RIGHT: Billy Marble, Sandra Schreiter, Karen Guillot, Charlotte Pigg, Rodney Laughlin. DEBATE CLUB DEBATE CLUB STUDIES EXPRESSIVE SPEECH Although the Debate Club is a new organization at Forest Hill, our debaters have made an impressive record. Members of this club learn to speak loudly and clearly and with expression.
