Some people would benefit from learning a trade at which they could become employed without sitting for hours in a college class- room. For this reason, our students are now allowed to take advantage of the Texarkana Area Vocational Center. Stu- dents leave the FHS campus before noon and travel by bus to the center which provides both faculty and facilities to develop the skilled craftsmen for a wide variety of occupa- tions for the future .
