The Girls' Block F is an honor society for girls who have earned a Block F award through active participation in G.A.A, The purpose of Girls' Block F is to perform various services for the school. This year they visited other Block societies at surrounding schools and took a trip to San Francisco. Club officers are Sally Kuhn, Presi- dent, Sharon Baxter, Secretaryg Sharon Jacobs, Treasurer. The Purpose of the Girls' Athletic Association is to create greater interest in girls' athletics. H The club 's officers are: Sally Kuhn, President, Kathleen Patton, Vice Presiden Theron Key, Secretary, Sharon Jacob, Treasurer, Jill Mero, General Sports Manager, Donna Huey, Sr. Representative Kim Guidet, Jr. Representativeg and Judy McEwee, Soph. Representative. Miss Carroll and Miss Matten are the advisors. During the year the club participated in various sports seasons, playdays, differ- ent fun activities, and sponsored a dressy dress dance and an aftergame dance. . . a M J big job, but, under the able guidance of ,ft Alice Clayton, the editor, along with the staff put out the paper weekly. This is the first year for the club. Its purpose is to spread knowledge of other countries and to sponsor related activities. The club's first activity was a field trip to see the movie Ben Hur.
