DEDICATION
We, the Class of 1960, wish to honor one who
has been an inspiration to the Senior Class,
and, at the same time, has given all of us a
keen appreciation of the help and guidance
we receive from a teacher.
We say to you, we cannot give enough thanks
for the many hours you have so graciously
given as our Senior Advisor.
Because you have been such a wonderful Ad-
visor and friend, we, the Senior Class of 1960
dedicate to you, Mr. Charles Adams, this 1960
E1 Orog and with it goes our deep admiration
for one who deserves so much.

.IUNICR CLASS HISTORY
We, the class of 1961, entered Folsom on September
10, 1957. To lead us in our freshman year we elected
Jay Barker, president, Dean Bliss, vice president,
Billie Barton, secretary, Bob Bishop, treasurer, and Joe
Orosco, sergeant-at-arms. During that year we gave
the annual Tolo Dance. Also, we sponsored 'Folsom
Will Shine Tonight," a dance to raise money for the
football lights.
For our sophomore year, Dean Bliss was elected presi-
dent, Scherrie Atkinson, vice president, Nancy Paulus,
secretary, Alice Clayton, treasurer, and Nancy Kauf-
man, sergeant-at-arms. Our main event this year was
the Sophomore Hop. We were proud to have our class
candidate, Mary Ellen Milam, reign over the Track
Dance.
Our third year in high school was high lighted by the
Junior Prom and the Junior-Senior Banquet.
Looking back over three successful years, we are all
anticipating an exciting and eventful senior year,

On November 21, the Class of 1961 presented its annual JuniorProm,
"Stairway To The Stars."
The center attraction was the stairway leading into the clouds on
which the throne stood, There, a beautiful queen, Mary Ellen
Milam was crowned as her lovely attendants, Sharon Baxter, Cathy
Webb, and Robin Means watched. The music of Bob Tennant's band
left everyone with fond memories of a wonderful evening.
Everyone worked hard on the decorations under the guidance of Louis
Dudley. Neva Zumwalt had charge of the refreshments, and Paula
Lant took care of publicity and programs.
