Chris Stoltz, a sophomore, Left, was top man on the team. Getting in shape for cross country, Below, John Pedraza practices for the endurance run by fogging the track. Che cross country team, coached by Ed Nymeyer, Below left, és Jim Campbell, Rubin Betancourt, Larry Diffie, Don Legge, and Paul Petro. Runners Snatch Third in State Pith long strides and a quick pace the cross country team gained third place in the state single A class this year. The runners Paul Petro, Larry Diffie, Chris Stoltz, John Pedroza, Don Legge, Jim Campbell and Rubin Ben- tancount were coached by Mr. Ed Nymeyer. Best runner on the team was Chris Stoltz.
