Dedication
We, the yearbook staff of 1966, wish to dedicate THE CREED to Miss Dorcas
Crossman, Administrative Assistant and Director of Nursing. She has played
a vital role in the building of Flower Hospital student nurses, as well as
their new residence. Her labors have been long and difficult in a task
which requires much patience and understanding. Her dedication has
sustained her through years of effort to see the new residence constructed.
This yearbook is dedicated by the students to you, Miss Crossman, for all
your energy, fortltude, and endurance

Housemofher
ond Lobby
Miss Lucy Newman, housemother, does
much to maintain the dormitory as a
home away from home. One of the
things a student looks forward to
most is a letter.
Taking advantage of the spacious lobby, a student spends some of her spare time relaxing. Newspapers,
magazines, and television available in this "living room" enable a busy nurse to keep informed on world
events. A student maintains her musical skills by playing the new piano and enjoying songfests. The
lobby also serves as a place to receive and entertain guests.
