This survey was given to both male and female; adult and teenager. jm 1A8LE 'P€MoNSTC3ATI 5M ■By 3be.K » Drug and Alcohol Abuse: Parents and our school system need to be involved with the education of young people to help them make the right choices. Most of the young people are against drug and alcohol abuse and feel that it is not being enforced by the law. Teenage Pregnancy: Moral values need to be taught through today's liberal education and with modern technology of today. This should be prevented exceptionally here at F.H.S. Most people feel that pregnancy should be saved for marriage. Child Abuse Most people think that child abuse is a severe crime that affects all social classes and should be punished to the extreme. Some feel that it is a sickness and related to alcohol and that the abusers should be rehabilitated. It is a fact that 66 percent of all child abuse cases are alcohol related. Tobacco Use: Most people do not approve of tobacco use because it is cancer-causing and they agree it should be illegal or under government control. Some feel that the youth are the biggest abusers and they are making the wrong choice. Major Modern Problem In Our Area: Most people feel that the major modern problems in our area are teenage pregnancy and drug and alcohol abuse. They feel that these problems are the results of a lack of parental responsibilities, concerns, and influences.
