 Presenting ... Chess club. Club officers were president Lana Loo-mans, vice president Bob Wilson, and secretary-treasurer Peggy Wilson. Chess club participated in several matches throughout the year, and played in two tournaments. They sold Christmas wrapping paper for their money making project. Chess club had a very successful year. CHESS: (Front row) Junior Hayashi, Lana Loomans, Peggy Wilson, Bob Wilson. (Second row) Sponsor Mr. Packard, Andy Hazelton, Celeste Gamache, Jeff Combs and Sponsor Mrs. Orton. (Third row) Frank Luther, Bill Magill and Terry Martinez. On stage now is Drama Club. Drama club officers were, president Cora Synder, vice president Jackie Laugh-lin, secretary Regina Sapp, treasurer Deanette McDowell and Student Council representative Tim O’Neill. The club presented two comedies, THE STAR SPANGLED GIRL” and SURPRISE”. The drama club sold candy bars for their money making project. DRAMA: (Front row) Regina Sapp, Celeste Gamache. In the spotlight we have FBLA and FHA. FBLA elected club officers, president Cora Snyder, vice president Shannon Drake, treasurer Janeen Spencer, secretary Audrey Jones and Student Council representative Regina Sapp. The club sold necklaces and bracelets for a money making project. FHA elected officers, president Debbie Barnes, vice president Kim Purdy, secretary Debbie Helsel, treasurer Louella Martinez, Student Council representative Althea Brown. FHA sponsored Snoopy Snack Bar as a money making project.

1. Children wait anxiously for Easter Bunny, David Lozano, to pass their way. 2. Jackie Laughlin, Rick Gallop and Big Bird, Charlotte Magill, help the Easter Bunny get ready for the hunt. 3. Leading Student Council meeting are Head Boy Mike Marlow, Head Girl Debbie Barnes and Secretary Nick Carochi. 4. Mike Marlow talks to student body at elections for 79 80 school government.
