SENIOR BANQUET The Senior Banquet was held May 10, 1973, at the Belvedere. At 6:30 everyone was seated and Bob Royal said the grace. Entertainment for the evening was provided by Ron Incitti and Frank Wolking who played their guitars and sang. The evening was enjoyed by all who attended. 22

SLAVE DAY Slave Day was originated inFHSbyRoy Button five years ago. Since, it has been an annual event for Quill and Scroll. In the pictures shown we find the members of Quill and Scroll who participated in Slave Day. 21

AWARDS ASSEMBLY The annual Awards Assembly was held on Wednesday, May 9, in the auditorium. Mr. Becco opened the program and introduced the teachers and students who presented the awards. The purpose of the assembly was to honor those students who had excelled in a special field. In the photo as the TOP LEFT, Mr. Roberts presented Ken Cruzen an award for his talents in art. In the photo BELOW it Mike Clem was honored for his acting ability by Mrs. MaryPierz. In the BOTTOM LEFT Mrs. Dorothy Parker poses with her silver tea service presented to her by Quill and Scroll. On the RIGHT, Penny Nicholes is presented the Betty Crocker Homemaker's award by Miss Cindy Sheldon.
