FORWARD For many long years we, the Senior class of 1957, have studied and memorized, have lost and gained, have been scolded and praised, and now we have come to the end of a long trail. These past years, we have followed the LA BRAN, and we must leave it now for those who follow. It is our desire to leave this path well-marked so that those who are fortunate enough to walk over this ground may not become lost before they finally reach the height, which is graduation. And so we have, as is the custom of the Seniors, made a little memory-book to bring back the pleasant thoughts of the many spots along the trail which we all have enjoyed. We hope this book will bring happiness to all who have at some time during the past year become attached to the old trail of the Florence High School. We, the annual staff, have tried to present the true and enjoyable side of the well-marked trail. We must now turn to trails untrodden, turn to other peaks to be surmounted. We have done our dutyl
